Every ore body is different. Mineral composition, contaminants, and elemental interactions can vary dramatically from one site to another, making a single processing formula ineffective.
To maximize recovery and ensure reliable performance, NARF technology is designed to be tested and calibrated for each application. A dedicated laboratory equipped with ICP and Atomic Absorption (AA) analysis allows every test run to be measured, refined, and optimized before full-scale deployment.
Because the system is modular, operating parameters can be adjusted to target specific elements while minimizing interference from surrounding minerals. This scientific approach provides higher recovery rates, greater process efficiency, and more predictable results.
Advanced Element Isolation Technology
NARF was developed to selectively isolate and remove targeted elements from soils, ore, and industrial materials. Rather than relying solely on conventional chemical processes, the system combines multiple proprietary technologies into a controlled extraction platform capable of separating unwanted elements with exceptional precision.
For mercury remediation, the process permanently captures mercury before it can re-enter the environment while allowing valuable recoverable materials to be separated for further processing.
The modular architecture also allows the technology to be scaled from laboratory testing to commercial mining operations, adapting to a wide range of applications and material compositions.
